SMC Hardset Filler is a two-part epoxy system that is very rigid when cured. It’s great for repairs on SMC, fiberglass, polycarbonate, and other surfaces where a strong, high-impact-resistant material is needed.

Product Specifications

Type: Two-part epoxy

Harness: 60 - 70 Shore D

Working Time: 7 minutes at 78°F (25.5°C)

Sand Time: 12 - 15 minutes @ 78°F (25.5°C)

Handling Strength: 30 minutes at 78°F (25.5°C)

Full Cure: 12 hours at 78°F (25.5°C)/ 30 minutes at 160°F (71°C)

Lap Shear Strength: 705 psi (on SMC substrate [substrate failed])
